[ChinaJoy 2012] Dragon Nest – Official CG movie announced

In case you are wondering what this “Rise of the Black Dragon” is about, it is actually Part 1 of a trilogy for Dragon Nest’s 2013 animated movie. Yes, Dragon Nest is getting its own movie in the form of a planned trilogy in China depicting the events 50 years prior to the current Dragon Nest game.

After all, the game’s Korean developer, Eyedentity Games, is owned by China’s Shanda Games. Rise of the Black Dragon is being penned by Terry Izumi, who is well known in the Hollywood animated movie scene. The music composer is someone recommended by US pop music celebrity, Akon.
