According to Korean media ThisIsGame, Nexon is set to reveal the 5 playable classes found in Mabinogi II. This event, called "BORDERLESS", is being held by Nexon to display the various artwork from the company's games. In the short teaser trailer below, 5 classes resembling a mage, archer, warrior, bard and an unknown class is shown sitting around a campfire.
BORDERLESS will begin at the end of this month, lasting a total of 20 days in Dosan Park Art Gallery, Seoul.

classes? Gender locks? are they puting level requirements on equipment and taking out dyes too?

*q* epic....its not the usual classes as one would think, its most likely going to be free character development like mabi original ...or an even more advanced multi job system....*Q* truly the fantasy life....
I don't care about class or gender locks but I'm definitely in the minority. Still it's interesting they're going for a mix between Mabinogi and Vindictus in terms of the art style. I guess that's not a bad choice considering the amount of kawaii animes we already have and I suppose it'd be easier to convey a dark story. (I really don't think Husky Express style would work, despite how much I loved the dogs) I always liked what they had in both games.
Yea.... I hope it keeps the trademarks that mabinogi is known for... Able to customize, not determined by class or race and definately not Gender.
If anything else I'm hoping this are outfits that the game developers are showing off :l

I am not going to play this, I used to much money on mabi, unless they let me transfer my crap I'm not playing. Also the gender lock and the set classes is a buzz kill as well.

NO GENDER LOCKS...NO CLASSES...BIGGEST turnoff when i played vindictus! i dont want to be locked to simple crap... i wanna choose my skills.. i want to choose my magic.. i want to choose what i want to be... not have it predetermined by some stupid system DX
They had better not have classes. I doubt they'll get much out of it if they dare to, because that's Mabinogi's whole point. You have the freedom to do what you want.
im pretty sure the classes thing is just the same thing as the destiny part of mabi 1. and to those of you dont wanna play because you spent too much money on mabi, thats just stupid, no one told you to spend hundreds of dollars on mabinogi, i played just fine and never spent a penny on it.
As long as class/gender locks dont happen we will be fine, and even if they did do that we could always start a petition/boycot :p
